Wow! This month has already been so busy. We’re out touring with Gary Allan and Jack Ingram, which has been awesome. Patty Griffin even showed up at The Ryman in Nashville to sing her duet with Jack. Then last week we shot our music video for “Guinevere” in Nashville while we were in town for the CMA Awards.

We were excited to be around for the 2009 CMA Awards. This was the second year that we went up to Nashville for all of the parties and press. We took both seriously enough to make our heads spin. We went into the Awards with no expectations, and much to our surprise, we walked away with an award for every category we were nominated for. Just like Taylor Swift! We hope to be nominated for something next year.

These past few weeks have been a whirlwind, but we're not looking to stop anytime soon. A lot of exciting stuff is happening with the band in the next few days, and we hope you'll be a part of it all.

This weekend, CMT will be airing our interview with the CMT Insider. The first airing will be on Saturday, Nov 21 at 1:30pm (EST)/12:30 (Central), and the second will be on Sunday, Nov 22 at 11:00am (EST)/10:00am (Central).

WNYC's Soundcheck with John Schaefer presents TORI AMOS Performing Live and In-person in The Greene Space

Due to popular demand, the Tori Amos interview on WNYC's weekday music show, Soundcheck, has been moved from the program's regular radio studio into the station's Jerome L. Greene Performance Space in New York City.

Tori will appear on Soundcheck in The Greene Space on Wednesday, December 9th at 2pm. The interview and performance will be broadcast as a live video webcast at www.wnyc.org/thegreenespace.

Tori will talk with Schaefer about the process of overhauling Christmas carols and perform songs from her own contribution to the genre, 'Midwinter Graces.'

Tori to Perform in New York City as part of radio's eTown Recording

Join hosts Nick and Helen Forster at this 2-plus hour special recording of the nationally syndicated radio variety show "eTown." This "more-than-a-concert" experience will feature live performances PLUS up close and personal conversations with musical guests Tori Amos and Jesse Winchester as well as the presentation of this week's prestigious E-Chievement Award®.

Tori Amos, appearing solo, will offer exclusive live public performances from her new Holiday release "Midwinter Graces." Jesse Winchester, accompanied by Nick and Helen Forster, will feature songs from his acclaimed new release "Love Filling Station."

eTown, on the air nationally since 1991 and now heard on nearly 300 radio stations every week, has a long history of combining live performances from top musical guests, interviews with authors and policy makers and conversations about our communities and our environment. This show will be broadcast by eTown's affiliated NPR, commercial and community stations the week of December 23 - 29.

EYB Celebrates Movember

We’re celebrating Movember during the month formerly known as November! For the rest of the month, we’ll be collecting photos of you and your friends sporting mustaches in fun and creative ways. All the photos will be published in their own album on our Myspace page here. Send your photos to eybcontests@gmail.com with your full name and mailing address, and each Friday we’ll select our favorite photo from the week to win our Mustache Merch Bundle. To win you must be in the photo and sporting a mustache.

You can also purchase the Mustache Bundle on our merch store here, and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Lance Armstrong Foundation to support Movember’s cause of raising money and awareness for testicular and prostate cancer.
